Updating a converted farmhouse livingroom to better suit the lifestyle of its owners. Warm hues were used to create an inviting and welcoming space, always keeping in mind the history of the home. The location of the gold framed painting shows a woman cooking in her kitchen. The original footprint of the farm house had a galley kitchen in this very location, where the current owners grandmother would prepare family meals. Extra seating leaning up against the fireplace wall allows for larger impromptu family gatherings at a moments notice. Ferns and terrariums are included throughout to tie in the colors found in the antique turkish rug and bring the outside in and a connection to the land where ferns grow wild.
